Nothing has been sent to you since 2.6.0 failed in August. Those older updates rarely get pushed out by Ford. I recommend you get on the list to borrow one of my Mongooses.

You can, but Ford doesn't pay them for module updates, so I would not have high hopes that they do anything about it. You can mention you had a failed update and it has not be resent and they will be able to see that. Maybe they'll update you APIM/TCU once since the update that failed was for those two modules. Maybe they'll do that and it'll kick-start more updates to be sent to you.

You have configuration issues. @Jesse-Infotainment can fix it with FORscan. No Mongoose needed. All these updates are available via the OTA process. Not sure if the config issues are preventing OTAs from being sent to you, but it is possible.

Get one of these:

Go to www.forscan.org and get the FORscan software. Register in the forums to get a free license to be able to use the software. Download TeamViewer so he can remote in to your laptop to perform his magic. Once you have everything, message him to coordinate it.

I have all the tools. I will send @Jesse-Infotainment a private note to coordinate the assistance.

I just got an updated for my 2023 Super Duty, I have a static issue with the sound system. Is it possible it fixed it ? I hope so truck has 1k miles on it. 5.2.1 update

5.2.1? I've never seen that update on any truck. Mind sharing your VIN so I can take a look? I would have to wait until later when I have access to FDRS to see if you have any ACM/DSP updates pending.

Interesting. Sync 23163 after APIM OTA 5.2.1. I First time I see this OTA. Seems like it might be SD specific......no F150 owner has reported it. Until now, the only vehicles I've seen with 5.x.x. updates are the Mach E's. Looks like SD owners have a new update to look forward to.

Is it possible they can fix major issues like that through over the air updates? Is there a way to see what the updated, they gave me a broad description but I doubt that’s all
