Can you check Vin 1FTEW1C8XMKD38057. My truck shows the latest update @ 4.2.4. However, I do not have Bed Camera in Motion. How would I get this corrected? I believe I am well beyond when this feature came out.

If your truck skipped over those updates as has happened to many recently, most likely the only way to get them is with a Mongoose and FDRS. If this is something you want to pursue doing, I would message Jesse with your VIN as every truck is different and will require a specific process. He would have to look at your truck and see what is needed to get you what you're missing. Your truck not having bluecruise will be an easier fix than a truck that is BC capable.

Not that I know of. Do you remember the last OTA you got before you got 3.5.2 on May 11th?

Most people have skipped over the updates that give you cameras in motion, bluecruise, pro trailer assist with the sticker instead of only the sensors, and the IPC update that comes before those updates. I can only see 60 days back into your history, so I don't know what got skipped over.

They sit on a throne of lies. They updated modules, and they tried to update the APIM several time, but it failed every time. You are still on Sync 20301 which is software from 2020 known to break the OTA process.

They even put notes in PTS saying they performed TSB 22-2404 successfully. However, FDRS history shows otherwise.

Fantastic. Any way to tell if the APIM is bad or just needs to be updated still? Any advice on next step to get it resolved? Thanks for the help!

That part your truck is stuck in is a PITA to do on your own. @JEB In his case, they tried to update the APIM maybe 10 times, but never intended the module repair process. Will that also trigger the 20 day APIM lock out?

It keeps failing saying the OTA conditions are not correct, but the OTA trigger is still active on your truck. This update requires the truck to be inhibited while it installs. Do you have auto-updates scheduled? If not, go to your truck, check for updates, and see if it gives you the option to manually start the install. Once you initiate, lock the truck, take the key and walk away and let the truck sit for 15 minutes or so while it installs.

It has auto updates set for 1AM every night. Both those and manual attempts fail. I even left the truck on the charger. Guess I will wait till I have enough updates to pay for the 48hour FDRS license again.

4.3.2 failed for me a few days ago, too. I have the same mentality. The 4.x.x updates don't give us anything new. Once whatever update these updates are prepping out truck for comes out, I will install them myself if the OTA process hasn;'t gotten me there yet.

Your truck has not gotten an OTA in 22 months, and the one it got put it on Sync 20301 which is bad software from 2020 known to break the OTA process. You need to have your dealer manually update your APIM or diagnose it as faulty and replace it. Otherwise, you will most likely never get an OTA. Mention TSB 22-2404 to the dealer.
