I don't have an active FDRS license to check, but your truck is on the latest Sync version. I am sure there are a few modules pending updates, but no big deal.



Your truck has not gotten an OTA in 22 months, and the one it got put it on Sync 20301 which is bad software from 2020 known to break the OTA process. You need to have your dealer manually update your APIM or diagnose it as faulty and replace it. Otherwise, you will most likely never get an OTA. Mention TSB 22-2404 to the dealer.

How do I know if there is something wrong with my truck or not? I've read some other posts where a dealer has replaced an APIM due to lack of updates.

Wondering what FDRS updates might be pending, I will be borrowing a Mongoose cable in a while.
Ford Power UP 4.3.2 has been failing to update, truck often goes into Deep Sleep mode, truck is 18 months old but only 15,000 km (less than 10,000 miles), so low battery often, I put a charges on it today, will see....

Your truck is on the latest sync software, but there are some modules that do not get updated OTA. I can't tell from looking at this or PTS if your truck skipped over updates like has happened to a lot of people. If you can turn on your rear camera while driving, you should be good to go. If you cannot, then your truck possibly skipped some updates.

These are updates that are ready for you’re truck. I’m looking these up on FDRS so as far as pending OTA updates I don’t know.

Can you check Vin 1FTEW1C8XMKD38057. My truck shows the latest update @ 4.2.4. However, I do not have Bed Camera in Motion. How would I get this corrected? I believe I am well beyond when this feature came out.
