Just bought a new 2023 PB. It had a blend date of 5/6/23 and it just got off the train in Phoenix from Dearborn. Be curious to know where I stand on updates with this one fresh off line.

Only issue is I have not seen BlueCruise activate as of yet. Lane keeping and adaptive cruise works. Was hoping to get BC 1.2 but so far no BC. Ford Pass still does not show a subscription date.

Are you certain all your settings are correct for BC to function?

No F150 has BC 1.2; at least not via traditional means. As of yet, Ford has not officially announced that we will be getting it.

I think so. When I got BC working with FDRS on my 2021 PB BC just showed up. Wondering if FordPass has activated BC subscription since no date appears in FordPass.

Maybe a config issue. If that's the case, I'm sure Jesse can help if you have FORscan, but I think he's traveling now.

Wondering if I could get my VIN checked again? 1FTFW1E53MKE02298
I got 3.5.2 on May 25th (first update since last September!).
I could have sworn I had already gotten that update last August or Sept. Is it possible to get the same update sent twice? Before this one, I had a power up update showing, but didn't keep a record of any before that.

@turbopilot I'm pretty sure the Bluecruise subscription in fordpass was removed from the connected features tab. Check your General info and see if it has hands free listed. (General > Settings > About)

It is listed with a goofy subscription date. All connected services have no date in FordPass with a message it takes 4 days to show dates. This is day 2.

Truck has gotten all OTA's through 4.2.4 without a hiccup. No significant or related DTC's being recorded. Not sure what is going on, tbh.

He took the truck to the dealer and they replaced the bad battery. They tried to update him to 4.3.4. and did not work. I thought that 4.3.4 was an OTA only update, unless your Jesse of course...LOL. Can you have a look and see what the dealer tried to do and why if failed?

The 4.3.x updates for the IPC are only for 2021 trucks. They made no attempts to update the IPC, but it makes sense, as there would be no IPC update available in FDRS for this truck. Someone with FDRS would have to check to confirm.

Very few of them. Your truck was skipped over several updates that you will not be able to get via the OTA process. I recommend updating it yourself.

Looks to me like a dealer recently swapped out your APIM, and they struggled to get it right. Finally on 6/12, someone performed the PMI process on the new APIM, and got your truck out of OTA purgatory. You got your first OTA (2.1.0) this morning. You are VERY far behind on updates. Now that the dealer did the hard part, I also recommend you get a Mongoose and update the rest yourself.

Thank you. I have a mongoose adapter. I’ve been waiting on the dealer to get out of the “stuck” condition. Had hoped they would have updated me further along since they had the truck for so long. As for 2.1.0. Yes the truck now sees that update but not sure how long it takes for the about screen to catch up. Presuming update is mid flight.
