Your truck has never recorded an OTA and you are on Sync 20301 which is software from 2020 known to break the OTA process. Without the dealership's or your intervention, your truck will never get an update. Your APIM needs to be manually updated to get your truck out of its current state.I'd love OTA look up for my truck. Thank you in adance!

Can I please get a VIN check to see if I have anything pending in FDRS, Was getting regular OTA updates but now seem to be missing what I see everyone else getting
2021 Limited
Thank You!

Could someone check 1FTFW1ED2PFA90222 please?
That APIM update showing is 4.2.2. It has been sent to your truck via OTA six different times between 4/21 and 5/27 but it has failed to install every time. There is something about that update that your truck doesn't agree with. Can I please get a VIN check to see if I have anything pending in FDRS, Was getting regular OTA updates but now seem to be missing what I see everyone else getting

We ended up having to get a new GWM in early 2021 to get FordPass to work, which may have screwed alot of things up... I also wonder if some forscan tinkering in lots of modules for Adaptive Brights may have caused an issue, but I doubt that would be the cause. I have a friend who works on the OTA delivery (not design) team, and he is disgusted by this....jesus! you might have the most ive ever seen. lol

Of course I can’t say for certain but I am fairly confident that forscan changes would not effect OTA. In fact after a certain amount of time those forscan changes get updated to the cloud and become part of your as built settings. We ended up having to get a new GWM in early 2021 to get FordPass to work, which may have screwed alot of things up... I have plenty of FORscan changes including the glare-free headlights mod and I still get OTA's.We ended up having to get a new GWM in early 2021 to get FordPass to work, which may have screwed alot of things up... Correct. I know from him a device posts module information to cloud before (and usually after) every OTA it receives.Of course I can’t say for certain but I am fairly confident that forscan changes would not effect OTA. Yeah I had a guy bring me his truck to update. Took me 2 days to get it done and then his bluecruise finally worked. This was after he had been to dealers who would not help or had no idea what to do.Correct. I guess there will always be edge cases like this due to variability of the vehicles and what happens to them during their lifecycles, but this is frustrating for the customer who payed for Blue Cruise 2 years ago lol.
I am guessing that these have all been proven safe?
I would think so. They have all been out for sometime as far as I know.I am guessing that these have all been proven safe?
Looks like it time to get the mongoose out
