Thanks for the info, Javier. Now I start trying to get updates!I see they installed a new APIM and properly ran the PMI process. If your truck was stuck not getting updates, you should be able to start getting them now whenever Ford decides to send you one. Just because they fixed your APIM does not mean you will magically start getting updates right away.

Thank you!They did perform a network scan to check for updates, but I find it hard to believe there is no GWM update available for your truck. Someone with FDRS would have to run your VIN to confirm.
No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in queue at this time.It's been a few months. Still no updates since I have taken delivery in Dec of 2021. If anyone is able to look at my VIN again would very much appreciate it! TIA! VIN:1FTEW1EP5NFA15257

I was wondering if someone can check my VIN for me again. I can see from my router my truck connected itself to the internet and was downloading and uploading but haven’t noticed any changes. Curious if update was attempted or not. And if I have any modules like my PCM that still need updating.

Hi- Just as a follow-up...I took my 2021 F-150 ( 1FTFW1E88MKD32498 )
to the dealer on Monday (4/17) for the wiper motor recall. I decided to ask them about the lack of updates to my truck (going into deep sleep mode, update failed message, etc.) Today I have the truck back (4/20)--long story short, it is still on Ford Power-Up 3.5.2, and SYNC 4, Software Version: 22192_PRODUCT Revision: 498.
I have no idea if I'll ever be in the queue for future Ford updates
This line was on my invoice:
15931 VERIFY CONCERN UPDATE FAILURE, CHECK TSB, SSM NONE, SELF TEST
NO DTC TEST BATTERY PASS, PERFORM BMS RESET GWM FAILED OTA UPDATE CHECK

CORRECTLY AT THIS TIME, CONNECTED VEHICLE DATA WORKING ON PTS.
I think at this point I should just be content that my FordPass app works, and that I really like the truck!

FYI - Hope its ok to provide this update, as it may be helpful for all to know. I know the thread is just for VIN requests. Thought this was best place for it (also put on other forums to share what I have experienced, hope it helps everyone stuck).@astrand1 : You are spot on with the issue being a # of possible factors.

Just got back from dealer, my truck wound up in the hands of one of the most experienced Ford techs this dealership has. Spent a few mins with him when I picked it up. Here is what he had to do:
- FOund update available for gateway module (GWM), applied
- After GWM updated, an APIM updated became available, applied
- After APIM updated, another GWM update became available, applied
- After GWM updated, another APIM...applied
- After APIM update, an update to the TCU was available, applied
- After TCU, another GWM, applied....
- After all the GWM, APIM, TCU updates, I appear to be fully updated now
