I did the update to 3.5.4 on oct 25.... The they sent me 3.5.3. after that. Confusing for sure.

I don't have FDRS to check, but I see the dealer performed some module updates on 3/30. Most modules they updated do not seem to be a part of any Power Up update with the exception of a PCM and TCU they did. Your truck is on Sync 22136, so you are for sure not up to date and have plenty of updates pending.

I have never received any OTA updates. I would like to see what FDRS is showing for my VIN for what modules need updating for my VIN. Dealer is telling me my truck is up to date. Can someone with FDRS access please send me a list of updates needed? Thanks in advance.

That I have seen happen and it happened to me, too. My truck was stuck on of the 2.7.x IPC updates back in September when I first updated manually to get BC. Shortly after I updated all the way up to Sync 22192, they sent me 2.7.x again which of course failed since I already had it. It takes a while before the truck syncs up with Ford's servers and the mothership knows which is the next update it needs to send you.

no but apim was replaced over a year ago. At least that is what I was told. it did nothing, also some gateway module too. they not telling mewat they been doing. I just need to see what modules need updating now from FDRS as they tell me it doesnt need updating, and thats why im not getting OTA updates.

Your truck is on Sync 22294 which is the latest for a 2021 truck. However, you are getting very old updates sent to you via OTA. You had 2.1.1 sent to you last month which is very old. I am assuming your truck was manually update with FDRS. Nothing pending via OTA for your truck.

The last OTA your truck recorded was 23 months ago and you are on the dreaded Sync 20301. Your truck will most likely never get another OTA without dealer intervention. Your dealer needs to perform an APIM recovery process to get your truck out of its current state.

I got a deep sleep mode notification last Wednesday night. I did a lot of stop and go driving that evening and it was pretty cold that night, but seemed odd. Now I'm wondering if I had a failed update.

Many thanks! The dealer updated to Sync 22294 with FDRS. Did not know if all modules had been updated. Do you think the 2.1.1 OTA update was before the dealer's FDRS update? Don't want to go backwards from current version!
