Many thanks! The dealer updated to Sync 22294 with FDRS. Did not know if all modules had been updated. Do you think the 2.1.1 OTA update was before the dealer's FDRS update? Don't want to go backwards from current version!

I don't have FDRS to see what modules still need updating. It won't revert you back. It takes some time for your trucks current software to sync up with Ford's servers, so until that happens, you may get some old updates pushed to you, but your GWM won't sign off on them to allow it to go through and take you backwards.

The last OTA your truck recorded was 23 months ago and you are on the dreaded Sync 20301. Your truck will most likely never get another OTA without dealer intervention. Your dealer needs to perform an APIM recovery process to get your truck out of its current state.

I would appreciate a lookup for 1FTFW1ED3NFC17962. Built in October and delivered March 17. I’ve had it connected to my Ford Pass app for several months. I went by the dealer and they knew less than I did. I’d really like to get full screen CarPlay working. Thank you for helping so many of us.

No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in queue now. There is nothing wrong with your truck. Ford just hasn't sent you the update yet.

I am awaiting the mongoose I ordered and would like to know approx what kinda time can I expect to get this truck all the way up to dat ?!?

Hard to tell since I don't have FDRS to see all the modules you have pending. If you are on Sync 22177 and you still need IPC updates, it could be a while. My IPC update took me 6 hours to do.

As long as you get the 2-day pass during a 2 day stretch where you don't have to go to work or anything, it will be enough to get it done.

It should be, especially if you remember a little trick. Buy your pass early in the morning on the first day you intend to use it. You will get the rest of the day you buy it plus two full calendar days after that—effectively three days.

My FDRS 2 Day license just expired last night and I was able to update a bunch of vital updates over the last 48 hours. But there was no APIM software update thats showed up during my time with the license. Any feedback would be appreciated.

That thread is followed by many very knowledgeable and helpful people. It may possible to an IPC update issue where it performing a network scan doesn't cause it to pop up. Since some of these updates have to be done in a particular sequence in order for other updates to pop up, it could be you need to go above and beyond the standard FDRS process to get your truck properly updated.
