1. I go to Ford Vehicle Dashboard on the Website
2. Using Google Chrome, I open DEVELOPER TOOLS
3. I select the Network TAB and search OTA. Nothing with come out so I refresh the Website and then it will pop out
4. I select one of the 3 check boxes that appear and then select the PREVIEW TAB

3.5.3 was sent to you on 1/27. It downloaded a bunch of the files needed that day, but since then, it is just hanging there doing nothing. It hasn't expired yet which is good.

Out of curiosity: Where do you see that?

You were sent 3.5.3 on 1/26. On that day, it downloaded about half of the files it needs to update, but it stopped and is just hanging there doing nothing. Good luck to you.

Indeed you did. OTA trigger was created, but no files have downloaded yet. Yes, that does allow you to see what I can see as far as OTA's go.

I just had my dealer look at why my truck isn’t updating and they told me it was updated to the latest version (2.7.4).

I keep seeing everyone posting versions much higher.
