Here’s the menu, the toggle on “Automatic Updates” is functionalNo OTA's in the past 60 days and none in queue. Job 1 truck with a blank sync version. Your truck may be stuck in OTA limbo. Post a pic of what your update menu looks like on your truck.
Disregard: Your truck is not a job 1 truck. The blank Sync version could be due a failed APIM OTA that no longer appears on your history. That menu looks different from mine. It looks like you may be behind in power up updates, but you should not be stuck. What Sync version does your truck show?No OTA's in the past 60 days and none in queue. Thanks for looking at it for me. I had my APIM replaced and was receiving OTA’s for awhile but I haven’t received one in 6 months at least. Dealership says I’m “up to date” on all available updates and obviously I’m not. Just wanted some proof in my hand the next time I take it in. Guess I should just bite the bullet and do the FDRS updates myself.Ok, you're passed the APIM hump. You're good to go in the sense that your truck isn't stuck, but you are a bit behind in power up updates.
That's what I had to do to get out of OTA purgatory 4 months ago. Thanks for looking at it for me. Thanks again
Much appreciated! No OTA history and nothing in your queue right now. I see no indications your truck is stuck not receiving updates.
I see you got 3.5.2 a few weeks ago. No OTA in your queue at this time.
I see you got 3.5.2 back in November; no OTA in your queue at this time.
No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in queue. Based on your Sync version, I see no indication your truck is stuck not getting updates.
You got 3.5.2 less than two weeks ago; no OTA in your queue at this time.

Thanks, appreciate the feedback. Were you able to tell if there were any module updates? No OTAs in the past 60 days or any in queue, but based on your Sync version, you are not in OTA limbo.
I don't have an active FDRS license to check that. Someone else will chime in, I'm sure. Thanks, appreciate the feedback. Were you able to tell if there were any module updates?
