It looks like you may be behind in power up updates, but you should not be stuck. What Sync version does your truck show?

Disregard: Your truck is not a job 1 truck. The blank Sync version could be due a failed APIM OTA that no longer appears on your history. That menu looks different from mine. It looks like you may be behind in power up updates, but you should not be stuck. What Sync version does your truck show?

Ok, you're passed the APIM hump. You're good to go in the sense that your truck isn't stuck, but you are a bit behind in power up updates.

Thanks for looking at it for me. I had my APIM replaced and was receiving OTA’s for awhile but I haven’t received one in 6 months at least. Dealership says I’m “up to date” on all available updates and obviously I’m not. Just wanted some proof in my hand the next time I take it in. Guess I should just bite the bullet and do the FDRS updates myself.
