Looking for OTA updates please. Last one was 22-PU706-SCH-POPA. Trying to figure out if I’m better off sinking the money into a vex nano to get full screen CarPlay.

You currently have a PCM update sitting on your truck right now. I also see that 2.7.3 was sent to you and it failed. You need to update a lot more than just full-screen CarPlay to be up to date. You are way behind in OTA's. The good news it, you are getting them and you aren't stuck in limbo. The update that is pending on your truck require the vehicle to be inhibited for 10 minutes, which means you will have to schedule it yourself. Go into the settings and check for updates and it should ask you if you want to install the update or not.

Btw: Read the first post of the FDRS thread that is stickied on here. VCX Nano is cheaper than the Mongoose, but it can cause problems.

When an OTA campaign gets sent to you, it will expire and time out after a certain time if it does not install. If it does time out, it will eventually get sent you to again, but it can take weeks or months for that to happen and it will delay you getting other updates, as well.

I can only see 60 days back, so I can't tell if you are fully updated, but I do see you got the two small updates that come before 3.5.2 and you got 3.5.2 on 10/6, so you are getting updates.

Between 9/8 and 11/17, you have been sent 2.6.0 five separate times and it has failed to install every time due to a "server/cloud operation" error. It seems your internet connection is poor and it cannot properly download the files. If you are on WiFi, turn it off if you live in an area with good cellular coverage. If you are not on WiFi, then try using WiFi for the update downloads. There is nothing you can do to get the update pushed out to you again. Just try to set up a good connection for your truck so that the next time it gets sent to you, it can download the files it needs. The good news is, you are getting updates,

My vehicle is going in for warranty service next Tuesday for OTA updates. Last one I received was in June (2.1.0). What do you see? Can the dealership load all of the back updates during the service?

Sure they can. ..will they that's another story updates take while to perform allot shops won't want to go above and beyond...

After 16 months with no updates, they replaced the APIM and I’ve received two updates in two weeks. Nothing big yet (just got 2.7.3) and I’m dreading 2.8.1 as I don’t have a good place to leave a battery tender plugged in overnight. No idea what might be next, but so far, so much better. (1FTFW1ED5MFB74854). Once I get a place with a garage, I’m going to invest in my own rig to do updates.
