OTA history is below. APIM update 3.5.3. failed due to having problems downloading the files. That update has always had issues downloading since it was first released a long time ago. That is the update that gives you full screen phone capability.

As far behind as you are, I would have FDRS'd that b*tch a long time ago. The waiting list is short right now to borrow a Mongoose from me, and I have a total of 4 in them in rotation now.
If it was my truck I’d FDRS it too ? I keep mine fairly up to date. This is someone I’m trying to help remotely
The update that failed is 23-PU0630-YAW-RT and has failed twice due to a manifest mismatch. The files the mothership wants to send your truck are not correct, so the update was canceled both times. There is nothing you did wrong and nothing you could have done differently; just gotta wait for it to be resent and hope for better luck next time. The PCM is one of the modules that gets updated, so it will wipe the tune whenever it goes through.

The truck is on the latest Sync version and OTA history shows several updates over the past few months to address little things here and there. Based on the modules still pending updates, I'd guess you've gotten most of the latest sting of the 6.x.x updates. Not much to worry about in terms where it stands updates-wise.
