I see I checked your truck before. A dealer did an APIM resent in October in an effort to get your updates going, but nothing has happened. When you can, send me a pic of your "about sync" screen so I can ask Jesse to check for any possible config issues that may be preventing updates. Your truck is on Sync 22095 which is past the hump where they stuck, but that Sync version is almost 2 years old now. You should have gotten something by now.
Yea, battery issues. Your capacity is at 39 of 70 and your charge is at 56 of 100. I have the same update sitting in my queue to install tonight. I just put a brand new Optima yellow top H7 in my truck last night. Curious to see what happens when it does go through.

They updated a bunch of modules. See below. As of today, you are only showing an ACM and OSCM update pending. I would not expect any OTA's any time soon since the dealer did everything. The ACM may come in soon, though. A few people reported getting in the past few days including me. I have it pending in my queue to install tonight.
Does this new ACM update replace the older one that we were ignoring (not installing)? Do you know what it does?
Thanks for checking. So my Sync Version 22230 and Revision 546 is the most recent version? I have seen others with much higher. I have never seen my truck show a power-up update since August which is why I had the dealer check as Ford Sync tech service had said there are updates and to visit a dealer to find out why they are not being downloaded. This update supposedly prevents radio presets from getting wiped after an update. I'm going to let it go through just got nostalgic purposes. I can't remember the last time I got an OTA. Plus, I want to see how the expensive ass Optima yellow top H7 battery I just put in my truck yesterday performs during an OTA.
23191 is the latest sync, but the APIM, GWM and TCU updates they did are key into getting your OTA's rolling again.
Hi Javier (@rugedraw), in the screen shot above showing "updates available", does that mean that Ford has finally queued them up for my truck and it "should" try to download and install them soon, assuming I have auto update on?Last OTA you got was 3.5.4 earlier this month. Before that, you got 3.5.3 the previous January. You are a bit behind. Modules pending updates are below. In your case, I would recommend going the FDRS route if you don't see the 4.x.x updates start coming in soon.
It's a list of every module on your truck that has a pending update. An OTA for one of them can come tomorrow, or in a week, or in a month or longer. Nobody knows.
Ok, got it. So, Ford did send 3.5.4 to my truck sometime last month, but they haven't yet sent these updates. I was excited thinking the green dot meant that Ford had finally started sending OTAs to the truck, but it really just means "there is an update that could be installed for this module" if A) Ford would send it or B) it's manually installed via FDRS.
