Did you ever resolve this or is it still an issue? I have the same issue, though mine doesn't continue to add miles. I had a fuel neck replaced for leaking and they ran the recall for the backup camera and other software updates at the same time. My fuel gauge takes about 90 miles to ever say...

Dealer wouldn't fix it for me under warranty. 3m tape held it for about a year and I finally replaced it this year. Beware that replacing it is more work than it should be, weatherstrip and trim removal because they didn't make the hole the wire runs through big enough to pass the connector...

Sure would be nice if they could get it out that quick but I'm not holding my breath. The guy I talked to maybe 2 weeks ago did say they hoped it would be out in under a month so who knows.

Jesse, I would love to know what the roll back procedure is. Hate to bother you and have you remote in to do it if its something that I can do myself.

I took the time to upgrade to focal in front and rear doors as well as add sound deadening to the door panels and this update made it a complete waste of time. I'm now back to the same sound I had before the upgrade or worse.

1FTFW1E84MKE40990 Could someone tell me why the update failed today please? I assume it's the battery as it seems to be having issues with getting charged recently, no deep sleep yet but I'm guessing it's coming. May be time to replace.

Mine looks different as well, its the only difference I noticed after the 6.2 update I believe it was.

On mine its, menu button on steering wheel>settings>configure gauges>swap left or right gauge.
