@rugedraw, VIN check, please. I think my truck is having SOC issues which is why 6.3.0 hasn't installed. I ordered an OBDLink (MX+) today so I can start monitoring that. (I charged it 12 hours yesterday with a 5A charger and no start/stop today - vehicle charging)

The last update I'm aware of is 6.2.0 on October 21.

Your truck is not reporting any low voltage codes. They just haven't sent it to you yet.

@rugedraw , would you mind as your time permits to have another look at my VIN., 1FTFW1ED3MFB20243. No issues with it as it has been running great but there will be codes for a lot of things but none that might need addressing as far as I can tell.

DTC history is clean except for an event it recorded on 11/7. Details on the event read:

What should I do?
Refer to Instrument Cluster Warning Lamps in the Owner's Manual for information on temporary malfunctions that may not require vehicle service. Light stays on: The vehicle may still be drivable and not require towing. Light blinking: Drive in a moderate fashion (avoid heavy acceleration and deceleration) and contact your authorized dealer. WARNING: Under engine misfire conditions, excessive exhaust temperatures could damage the catalytic converter or other vehicle components.

It seems to have been an isolated incident. If it only happened once and your truck is fine since then, I would attribute it to a glitch in the matrix and move on.

Can someone check my VIN? I used to get updates before most but have not received anything since August and it was just the owner manual update. I was having battery problems and just replaced it so hoping that is why I haven't received anything.

I don't see anything wrong with your truck. You just haven't been sent the latest round of updates yet. You aren't missing out on anything new, so nothing to be worried about. You'll get some hopefully sooner than later.

@rugedraw Thanks. The truck was in the shop that day Nov. 7th for work on the brakes, oil change and tires, thus the one time glitch.

There's been strange things going on with OTA's the past week.

There was no evidence of an update last night or this morning. However, after leaving work this afternoon, a notification popped up on the truck screen that it had updated to 6.4.0. The FordPass notification says it was installed today.

It must have installed while I was running errands after school. Now I recall that the notification popped up after picking my daughter up. That's two updates in the span of four days. I guess that means 6.5.0 will come by the weekend.

It shows it went through fine. 6.4.0 is a TCU update, so you won't see anything different.

Job 2 truck still on the same Sync software it was built with. Your sync version is past the broken one that broke the OTA process for job 1 trucks. A dealer manually updated your GWM on 5/17/22, but it does not seem like your truck has ever been sent an update which is not normal. When you can, post a pic of the "about sync" info on your touchscreen settings.

6.2.0 was sent to you in November, but it failed the file verification process. That just means they intend on sending it to you again at some point.
