Thank you! So is this a "sit-and-wait, connect to WiFi, make sure my battery is topped off" situation, or do I need to get more hands-on?

If you have access to a VCM/Mongoose you can do yourself. OTA will probably come in incrementally. OTA does not show anything in progress although your GWM failed an update in Jan and does not show one in FDRS for that ecu. Might need to give that one a little push

Hello fellow Miamian! You were sent OTA 3.5.3 on 1/24 that would have updated the APIM on that list of modules @kodiakz provided. As has happened to many people, the update timed out and failed before it was able to download the files. Wifi or not makes no difference. The problem lays in Ford's crappy OTA process and not your truck.

Not all of those updates will come OTA; some can only be done with FDRS. I can update the truck for you if you want. Just pay for the 2-day FDRS license that's $50 and I'll do the rest. We just have to coordinate a day and time that works for both as this will take hours to do.
