Good to know. Does it by chance show any other module updates that still haven't been performed? Curious if the modules I had pending prior to this update are still in the queue.
I do not have FDRS to check for pending updates.

Wondering if someone can check my VIN for updates. When I try to follow instructions it seems like everything is grayed out. my dealership does not inspire confidence….

I don’t ever recall getting a notice of an update since I’ve owned it the last 2 years

Some are getting better but it's very time consuming so I think most dealers push it off. Have you thought about updating your truck yourself?

A lot of good info if you start here.

Thanks. Much appreciated. That seems like a lot of updates waiting. I’m not sure if I have ever noticed that an update has been done.

I’m outside the factory warranty on mileage already. Guessing the dealership will give me some static on that. I may have to do it myself if that’s the case.

The last OTA recorded on your truck was 22 months ago. Your truck is on Sync 20262 which is software from 2020. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but without your intervention or the dealers, your truck will most likely never get an OTA. Your dealer needs to manually update your APIM or diagnose it as faulty and replace it to get your truck unstuck from OTA limbo. The thread mentioned to before would be the way to to it yourself. If you don't want to spend $550 on the tool and you want to fix your truck yourself, add your name to this list on this thread:

3.5.3 was sent to your truck late January. It failed to download the files before the OTA trigger expired. This has happened to many many people recently. There is nothing wrong with your truck. Ford's OTA process is the problem.

Just out of curiosity - 1FTFW1ED8NFB74154
You got 3.5.3 and 3.5.4 to install late January. 3.5.3 failed the first time it was sent, but went through the second time. As far as Power Up updates go, your truck is completely up to date.

I purchased a cable and charger to update my truck. The cable is coming today, but the charger won’t arrive until Monday.
Could someone check my VIN to see if there are a lot of updates needed? I’ll gladly return the favor as soon as I have FDRS up and running.

Thanks dudes for looking all of these up. In late 2021 my 12” screen would go black anytime that I went under a bridge or drove through shadows. I could get it to come back on by pushing the dash light dimmer button up or down. The dealer said they had to order something so that they could program some modules and to bring it back later. I was waiting for the next service interval when on June 22, 2022 (edit it was June 30,2022) I got an update and the truck cured itself. I haven’t gotten an update since then. I believe a failed update caused the problem and when I finally got it then the problem was solved. I wasn’t getting an update with all of this update talk going around and then I started showing deep sleep mode. I charged and ran a recondition cycle on the battery last week and then reset the BMS.
Can you see anything?

Thank You
No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in queue at this time. The last OTA recorded in your history was back on 10/27/22, but I have no details as to which update that was since it was over 60 days ago.

I see no DTC's on your truck referring to the battery voltage being low. However, your truck is reporting DTC's for speaker 1-6 every time you drive it. It has been doing this for the past 60 days that the history is recorded.

Would someone please check mine?

No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in queue. Your Sync version is blank which usually means a failed APIM OTA. The last recorded OTA on your truck was 7/22/2022, but since it was over 60 days ago, I cannot see any details on it.

On your touchscreen, what Sync version does your truck say it is on?

OK, that's not terrible. You are behind, but your truck is past the hump where the can get stuck not getting updates. You just gotta wait for Ford to send you the next update, but they don't send them out often.
