This is what i came up with:

step 45
electric gate 12
boxlink 16
inner tg liner 6
79
and lets not forget about that huge emblem badge on the rear 8lbs

that 87 lbs loses me 725 lbs in potential trailer weight I could have pulled based on 12% tongue weight.

Still, I ended up going with the platinum mainly for the seats. But I'm not getting the capacities cushion I wanted, so as to be on the conservative side of things.

I didn't include box link or the big tailgate badge. I guess I didn't think of them as part of the tailgate package but rather other options.

Oh yeah... I forgot about Ford's "Roadside assistance"...

After FOUR HOURS of waiting for a tow truck... they sent me a text saying that the FIRST tow company decided to "pass" on the tow and they were "looking for another tow company"

SIX HOURS later... my truck was being loaded onto a tow truck.

THEN... they actually had the nerve to send me a "customer satisfaction survey"!

JUST IN CASE my nose wasn’t already covered in shit!

lol

These people are shameless!
Wow, that's crap. Maybe I shouldn't complain about Roadside Assistance saying my truck isn't covered, it only took AAA about 40 minutes to pick up my truck. I got a survey too, gave honest feedback and wrote in the comment section that if they truly cared about quality and helping me, that they could contact me to help resolve my lack of coverage and left my contact information (phone and email)... never heard anything.

Why do ram owners talk like their trucks made out of gold and talk down on Ford when they have the same share of issues lol. I don’t get it. I like to see the playing field from a even view and did thorough research and it seems even the ever reliable Toyota trucks isn’t safe from issues and problems
I had a 2019 Ram Rebel... the electronics in that were horrible. Backup camera never quite was reliable and the dash would turn off and back on randomly as I was driving... This happened at least once a week. I had that tuck for nearly 30K miles, bought it new, and the dealer was not able to reproduce or fix the problems despite me bringing video evidence.

So far my F-150 has only had the center media console reboot twice over 5K miles. The only real problem I have is that the 360 cameras were not aligned properly and that rusty rear axel... Cosmetically it is annoying but I don't think it will negatively impact longevity of the truck.

Way too early to tell. The real proof will be when I tow for the first time. The truck I'm moving from is a heavy duty (HDPP), long wheel base (163") truck. It was as solid as a rock towing.

It's going to be interesting when I first hook up the trailer to the Power Boost. At least the PB does have a long wheel base (157").

I predict it will be just fine when you get it dialed in for your rig.
But it is very unlikely that the chassis itself will feel as "unburdened" as the steel HDPP truck did. Or put another way, I think your Powerboost will tell you the trailer feels heavier to it than the HDPP truck did.

On the flip side the Powerboost will PULL it with a smile on its drivetrain face. :)

600ftlbs is awesome!

I've probably already said this to you, but I think it will take shocks, tires, and a rear Helwig for you to be happy because of your HDPP history. ?

2022 PB with over 4500 mile. Love it! Haven’t had any issues. Mileage is acceptable 21-29 (best on 200 mile trip). Great feature 302a package. Only thing I don’t like is thickness of fob…really, lol!

Any regrets so far? I absolutely love my PowerBoost, it's my first ever truck. But with the minor, but annoying, issues that are starting to build, and the number of complaints and problems from so many other PB/14Gen owners, I'm really starting to annoyed. A $55K vehicle at 6-months old should not be having this many problems.
Why do you care about problems you are not having?

Weird.

One regret: I purchased the 7.2 kW generator in order to run my house when I needed the additional kW over the generator I have. Well.... turns out that Ford set it up as a Bonded Neutral generator and it won't power a house with out an extensive mod to the house wiring... Had I known that I wouldn't have gotten that option...

easy fix, disconnect the ground within the wire you are using to connect the truck to the house. That will solve the bonded issue and the ground fault message. Thats what i did and it works like a charm, totally safe. Powered my house for 5 hours during a blackout a few weeks ago.
