Rear Slider Window and B&O Unleashed System

I wasn't exactly sure where to put this post, so here it is.

Now with the weather being nicer and not 90°+, I've been able to have my windows down along with the read sliding window open. However, I've noticed that it sounded like a speaker was busted when the bass would hit. When troubleshooting I determined that with the slider open and the bass hits, the sub vibrates the rear window at any open point. When it's closed, no issues.

Anyone have this issue or thoughts how to resolve on a ~3 1/2 month old truck? ?‍

Yup, it is a sad thing that they haven’t resolved this by now, or someone didn’t do their job correctly. I guess I have to call to make an appt. ?‍

Anyone have this issue or thoughts how to resolve on a ~3 1/2 month old truck?

Picked mine up just shy of 4 months ago, so this is concerning.
Beautiful day. USB loaded with Def Jam classics. I will be doing some testing this evening.

Edit to add: Delighted to report, all boom with no shake and rattle.

My rear window was replaced under warranty because they couldn't stop the rattle. New one will rattle occasionally when open halfway from bass but nothing like the old one did when open or closed.

So, never play music with rear window open.

I'll put that with the rest of my notes for weird things not to do on my truck.

Funny thing is mine seems to be the opposite. It rattles with the window closed and if I crack it open a bit it’s good. ?‍

I've never noticed any rattle and I crank it up. Now I'm gonna be thinking about it.

I always had a popsicle stick wedged between the glass slider and the frame to prevent it until they replaced the window.

Same thing on my 2023 - dealer ordered a replacement cable that was not the problem. I cannot figure out why the cable would cause this? I didn't go through the replacement, what a mess.
