Projector Headlight Adjuster's

What does this other adjuster do on the projector headlights? The one on the left changes the low beam up and down but not sure what the other hidden adjuster does.

I think that one is motorized left/right light turning. I don't think it can be adjusted. Not in the manual.

The height can of course be adjusted but lights will still self adjust from that baseline.

I accidentally turned it instead of the up down adjuster and nothing seemed to change.
