Powerflow screen missing 2021F150

Hello guys.
Im having some issues with my 2021 F150 powerboost, I lost the powerflow screen after an update about 2 months ago, also now im dealing with no connectivity message on the display, no traffic for maps and no wifi. Has anyone had problems like this? I have Forscan, can it be resolved with that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated guys!
Also, need to mention that I have the 8"screen on my F150 XL.

I attached a pic that shows the cloud icon with no connectivity and the missing icon for the powerflow screen was sandwiched between the settings and the "Davids note 10+" phone name, bottom right side.
I have done the battery cable removed all night, the power cable from the Telematics unit removed for 5 minutes and all night, deleted the truck and now cant get it back with ford pass. Also restored to factory settings with a master reboot.

@rugedraw probably lost track with your post outside the usual VIN lookup thread.

If you had the one update that breaks the TCU I think that can be fixed in Forscan. Do you have WiFi turned on and enabled in the truck? That was how Ford fixed the error with a follow-up update that installed over WiFi.

Oh, my bad. I'm guessing since you didn't quote me or tag me when you responded with your VIN, I never noticed you responded.

Anyway, the country code in the TCU is correct, but PTS shows your modem is not authorized, so it is offline. Therefore, I cannot see any codes your truck may be reporting. Since you have FORScan, plug your truck in and post screenshots of any codes it is showing to see if that can help pin-point the problem.

Hi there. I do have the wifi on, but no updates have been made, how did your update come through? forced it with Forscan maybe?

That is an unhappy gateway module.

When you go into software update and hit the details button, does it still show an update there? Should have text at the bottom with the update name installed.

Is it just a matter of getting a new gateway module?

Do you see anything unsual?

Have you tried resetting the gateway module?

Should be under the wrench icon.

Also try clearing all the DTC.

@CNC Dave You should try clearing the DTC codes and see if they return. Also, If you are wanting people to see that you are directing a question to them, You need to tag them or they wont see it.
