Yea it seems as if the isolator has failed closed. Do you have a multi-meter to test continuity? Heres a pic of mine, the isolator is on the passenger side of the battery.

Yeah, have the meter. I'll go out and test input and output of those wires in the next few minutes and share some pics of what I'm seeing.

Measured at the battery, 2nd terminal on the positive post, Input of the isolator, output of the isolator, then the output of the block showing the .01. But to the main fuse block there it is still showing proper voltage. Aux battery is still not connected.

also, where I'm getting the 0 reading, if I have the battery in and it's low voltage, it reads the same voltage there that the aux battery reads.

I cant go out and track things until tomorrow, without checking things i'm hesitant to say you probably have a bad junction box. If that F212 fuse is good, you should see battery power everywhere. the fact that you don't see it on the wires that go to the AUX battery......................

You see the voltage from the under hood battery at the junction box.

You see the voltage from AUX battery at the junction box.

With the AUX battery disconnected you do NOT see underhood battery voltage on the AUX battery cables.

Truck is totally dead if the AUX battery is disconnected, Even though you have 12+v from the underhood battery at the junction box.

truck starts and runs fine with aux battery, but discharges quickly.

What's the continuity between these 3 terminals

all are 0 or the low aux battery voltage. When aux battery was reading 3.2, those 3 were all showing 3.2. With the aux battery out, all are 0.

Okay so your battery isolator is dead.

If the resistance between those 3 terminals is continuous / 0 ohms, your isolator is stuck open.

Earlier you were saying that on the junction block the input voltage matched the under hood battery voltage. Which post where you using on HammaMans pic above?

This one here at the bottom - stated input as that is where the output from the battery isolator seemed to enter.

That's one of 2 PS connections, what I labeled is how the system is wired. (inconsistencies in fan and PS in wiring diagram for some reason)
