I'm having difficulty with the dealership's language.
I just don't know if I can believe "it died on them"
Such an un-expertise statement, and wreaks of how some service folks talk down to customers.

I could be wrong, of course.

It comes from decades of IT support and hearing the language of the customer (internal) with phrases "like xxxx crashed", or "yyy is down". When in reality those statements are nowhere near accurate.

In your truck's case I realize I'm inferring the reverse. It's the so called experts telling the customer "it crashed"

Regardless of whatever the truth is, the sad part of this story is the customer has had his goodwill tank emptied. That's rarely something recoverable.
Vague language to hide their incompetence is how I read it....

What’s bad is this is a replacement for a 2022 platinum regular 3.5 that had issues and they replaced it at 5k miles. It had battery issues, electrical, power steps running in and out while driving, going into sleep mode all the time, and other issues related.

The dealer has done everything ford has told them to, and ford has tried to tell me things then changed after they find out I’m with the service manager and they’re on speaker. The whole thing has been a circus, but the dealer has treated me well. That’s the only reason I’m probably going to order 3 new fleet f150s Monday if the bank opens. As far as my personal truck I’m done, had lunch with my attorney today.
