  1. 2024 Order placed. The wait begins

Ordered 3 Police Responders about a week ago.
  2. Afraid To Buy Today’s Ford (Powerboost) Am I Nuts?

The dealer and the relationships I have with them are the only reason I have stayed with them. They’ve been good to me over the years. I’ve owned over 25 fords and Lincolns since 2002, but it’s looking like I’m done for a while or maybe forever. Out of those ive had 3 bad f150s (2018, 2022...
  3. Afraid To Buy Today’s Ford (Powerboost) Am I Nuts?

I personally wouldn’t buy anything made by ford currently. Customer service is in the toilet. Yesterday a factory customer service rep suggested that I pay for a tow truck to tow my 2023 platinum powerboost, that has been at the dealer 139 days, to my house to sit until ford comes up with a...
  4. Powerboost no start

The dealer has done everything ford has told them to, and ford has tried to tell me things then changed after they find out I’m with the service manager and they’re on speaker. The whole thing has been a circus, but the dealer has treated me well. That’s the only reason I’m probably going to...
  5. Powerboost no start

What’s bad is this is a replacement for a 2022 platinum regular 3.5 that had issues and they replaced it at 5k miles. It had battery issues, electrical, power steps running in and out while driving, going into sleep mode all the time, and other issues related.
  6. Powerboost no start

It started out as the issue not starting, and now has died with them, along with the original issue and a few other things, like warnings that the tailgate is ajar and what not. I had a loaner for a while, borrowed and some rental. It’s never ending. With 1,800 miles and has been at the...
  7. Powerboost no start

Yeah, not really drivable. Ford was supposed to send factory techs twice and never have, and there was supposed to be a fix in aug 7 that never came. The service writers try to drive it some per Ford request. Last week they made it a block before it died.
  8. Powerboost no start

Hopefully I’ll be looking for something else soon. My 2023 platinum powerboost with 1,800 miles has been at the dealership 131 days today, with two times factory techs were supposed to come look at it (neither time did they show up) and a promised magical software updated on august 7 that never...
  9. My baby got beat the f*#% up

Ive towed many in Oklahoma for no insurance, and always will. The tag being out a few months is one thing, usually no ticket from me for that, but I don’t understand people putting others at risks without insurance.
  10. Ford Motor Company “Official Ford Account” FYI

Sounds like most of the customer service reps I’ve talked to the last few months.
  11. Ford Saving on Recalls

Ford is always doing this crap. They told my parents to park their navigator outside because it might catch on fire, over a year, still no fix. A few months ago my 2018 f150 police responder lost a wiper arm, it has all of 24k miles. I was stopped at an intersection in light rain when it...
  12. 2023 Powerboost “stop safely now” no start

It should’ve with me the multiple times Ford motor co customer service told me they were sending a tech and never did, among other false claims they’ve made to me.
  13. 2023 Powerboost “stop safely now” no start

It had 5k miles. They ended up essentially taking it back and I paid the MSRP difference for this 2023, that is now having issues and has been at the dealership for over two months at 1,800 miles.
  14. 2023 Powerboost “stop safely now” no start

They’ve tested what they thought it may be, as well as what the factory techs told them to, so far nothing. Now they did tell them on my 2022 that even though the battery was testing good on the ford testing machine that the issues it had was probably the battery. After they replaced the truck...
  15. 2023 Powerboost “stop safely now” no start

2023 f150 platinum powerboost. Today is the 69th day it’s been in the shop, still no fix and no factory tech has shown up as was promised 6 weeks ago. The dealer has done what they can and loaned me a truck for nearly two months. While the service writers have started it to move it a few times...
