Power-Up 4.2.1. OTA software update installed today

I just got 22293 rev 610 on my 2021 job one. What version is this? 3.5.???? Ford pass says 3.5.3

I received OTA Power Up 4.2.2 during the day on the 18th. What's interesting is communications can be a bit spotty were we were camping.

cAN YOU GUYS DO ME A FAVOR. If you got 4.2.1 via OTA can you check you nav version and post a pic or the version that is there for me. My Maps updated today. So Im trying to see if others got that same one.

I got an update! Randomly got one last night while I was at dinner and drove home with a little Alexa icon(lame) and more importantly, full screen carplay on my December of 21 build 21.

.. Just got OTA 4.2.2 on my 21 today (4/19). And 4.2.1 happened 4/15. I wonder if they will be rolling it back.... But in any case 4 days between OTAs is a personal best for my F150!

Hmmm. Got OTA 4.2.3 4/21/2023. TWO days from getting 4.2.2. Headed out to buy a lotto ticket!

@rugedraw so last week you had looked at my truck and saw that the 2.1.0 GWM had failed to install for about the millionth time. Yesterday I was out running some errands and my DTE was down to 86 miles, so I stopped and filled up 30 gallons DTE back to 520. Went to work this morning parked where I always park 600 feet from an ATT tower. When I hooped in to go home at 5:00 today, 4.2.1 had installed. Unbelievable! I'm very skeptical of this full tank thing we've been hearing about, but now this has me second guessing?? Coincidence? Who knows ?

Anyway hopefully the truck is finally over trying to download 2.1.0

Great news - I got 4.2.1 on 4/20/2023 and 4.2.2 today - four days later...maybe the 28th will be your day again...LOL. I don't have a full tank, but did fill up on the 14th and again on the 22nd...OTA's came between the fill ups. The full tank sounds funny to me tho.

So with you're reckoning, I should probably fill up on Thursday the 27th. To get 4.2.2 ? ? seriously though it's very strange that Ford's OTA tech support has been telling people to fill to get OTA's! I wouldn't believe it if it didn't just happen to me. This has got to be total coincidence ?

It has to be a coincidence - Why would an OTA look at how much gas is in the tank - checking to see if the owner can afford the gas in the truck?....LMAO It makes no sense at all.

EDIT: Gas companies are paying Ford to tell us that so we will buy more gas.

Has anyone noticed any significant changes with this update? I have had a slew of problems with Carplay connectivity since the last update which enabled full screen carplay. My CarPlay shuts down at the same two locations on the way to and from my office. Sometimes it comes back on and others I have to soft reset with the volume and skip track buttons on the steering wheel.
it’s extremely frustrating as it rarely had carplay connection issues prior to the last update on February 16th. My truck is a 21 502A.
