Power-Up 4.2.1. OTA software update installed today

And I still don't have the update for the full screen CarPlay. Called and talked to the SYNC help line yesterday and he gave me some up down up down left right left right B A B A select start code to try to help make sure my truck is able to receive the updates. He told me the modem in my truck was good and not the issue. Unfortunately I still wait with what sounds like no help from Ford. Some people have probably received 1 - 2 updates after the full screen CarPlay update and I still can't get that one. Ford makes no sense.

I got lucky with previous updates... not banking on luck so it will come when it comes. Wife and I have been sick so I'm just anxious to get back out to DOING with what I do have. Being cooped up sucks worse than slow updates.

It's a BS. There is nothing you can do to trigger an OTA update.

I know what will happen here. Mine wont get the update until the day my truck is finally done getting the heat exchanger parts replaced. I'll go to pick it up and BAM!! 4.2.1 Update... and I have to sit there waiting for it to finish for like 30 min...

I've been in the early access program since December but as luck would have it can't log in at the moment as its erroring out. I'm curious to see if there's anything on there because PTS shows nothing. Still on 3.5.3.2.

This update does not require the vehicle to be inhibited.

It is a gateway update. Really good update. Been waiting for this one. Hope it starts rolling out

Is this the update to fix the 2023 TCU problems?
