My '22 F150 PB is down to 3% oil life on the monitor. I have it scheduled to go into the local Ford dealer on the 18th to deal with the windshield wiper motor recall and to get the Works oil change service. They booked me out 2.5 weeks in order to have the necessary parts in stock for the recall. In the meantime, I received the "Power train malfunction/Reduced power" warning on my Ford Pass app. I have 2 questions for you guys regarding this issue.
1) Is it possible that the Power train malfunction/Reduced power warning was caused by the 3% oil life remaining? Or is it likely something else like a electrical issue caused by a low or bad battery? (I do have to charge the battery around once every couple of weeks since I don't drive it often).
2) If my oil life monitor goes to zero, could that affect my 3 year power train warranty or my extended warranty? If so, I will ask the Ford store to send out their mobile service truck and do the oil/filter change ASAP rather than wait until the 18th.

#1 No it won’t cause that show up
#2 No it shouldn’t affect your warranty unless you routinely go over the recommended oil change period. The engine will show it on tear down
