Post APIM Replacement Question - Update Details Missing

Hi All,

I had the APIM replaced in my Job 1 2021 F150 a week ago due to the welcome screen freezing on boot up when the truck was restarted. That issue has been fixed, but I was wondering about the Update Details screen not showing OTA version information or details.

Is that normal behavior after the APIM is replaced?

Yes, the update screen will not show any updates done manually; only what you got via OTA or if you actively have an OTA in your queue. What does your "about sync" screen say your Sync version is? If you want, post or PM me your VIN so I can check to see the dealer programmed the APIM correctly when they installed it.

APIM was replaced and a successful PMI was performed on 8/25. As far as OTA's, your truck seems to have gotten 4.3.5 which I thought was only for 2021 trucks, but this means my info was wrong and I will update the OTA history thread accordingly. You also received the recent PCM update that warns you if you try to drive with something plugged in to the propower generator, so you are almost completely up to date. You're good to go.

That’s great news everything with the APIM is good to go and up to date. My truck is a 2021 model year…took delivery April 2021. ?

The Sync unifier is Priority Update 22-PU0724-DOM-RS. 4.3.5 is a GWM module update.
