I have not received an OTA update in over 3 years. The dealer says everything is fine. I find this hard to believe. I use to get updates every few months. I called connected services and they told me I should take it to the dealer. Does anyone else have this issue?

Ok, that's not bad. That's the same Sync version I am on and only one version behind the latest version which is not available for every one yet. I don't have the ability to check for pending updates any more, but I can see your truck's connectivity is working fine. Your IPMA is on the latest software, too, so you have the software for BC 1.4.

Your truck is reporting a code in the IPMA for one of your rear cameras. If your back up or bed camera is acting up, you may have a bad camera.

My cameras are working fine. My Blue cruise is weird. It might work in the morning but not work in the afternoon on the same highway. Everyday is different.

Possibly the sun blinding the front facing cameras. I don't see any codes in relations to BC performance being reported. The config for BC 1.0 is correct, but you don't have the config for lane change assist etc. That can be fixed with FORScan.

In terms of updates, you truck is not behind at all. I don't see any reason to be concerned as far as that goes.

Same here . I used to get updates regularly when others complained they don’t get any but no update in over a year. Probably since the audio issues update. I do get an update icon once in a while saying the update will happen at the select hour but then nothing happens. Any idea why that happens?

You are getting updates, but your truck is not pinging the server back to accept them. The last OTA attempt expired two days ago. I would try disconnecting the negative cable from your 12v battery for 20 minutes to force reset all the modules. That may allow it to go through the next time it is sent.

Just shows a top view of a 150 now; no grid or compass headings or altitude. Dealer seems like that know nothing; that want to rip my dash apart; maybe replace an ethernet cable? Help?

Dude. I thought MAYBE it was BECAUSE it hadn’t updated. So I got a WiFi booster for my garage; got it logged in. And then tried to check for an ‘update’…but I just got the ‘Checking for updates-this may take a minute’. And it kept spinning for 30 minutes while I sat there. Seems my Ford tech knows LESS about this truck than I do. My ALL DAY LONG service call resulted in a ‘Customer error’ notation on my Service invoice. Told me to ‘push the buttons’ in a different order. And it still does not work.

Disconnected the wifi a month ago. Ive received three updates since.
