I'll wait until you guys report back on the new tune and how this update behaves. My EV has new PCM/motor control updates available for it too so not sure if this update will do much for the PBs.

Unfortunately so am I. However during today's daily futile update check I did get a brief "updating device files" screen. Usually it asks to confirm updates. Time to go see if it can properly read codes and if so I'll try flashing the ECU.I'm waiting to hear about this one.
I hadn't plugged in myCalibrator since I flashed probably 6 months ago now; this thread prompted me to plug it in and it did update some things (but it was my first time seeing it so I am not familiar with what happened.)Unfortunately so am I. You plug in, it should wipe it and then you have to go redownload your files off the PCM and resubmit like you did when you bought it. Did you call them to get the wipe?I hadn't plugged in myCalibrator since I flashed probably 6 months ago now; this thread prompted me to plug it in and it did update some things (but it was my first time seeing it so I am not familiar with what happened.)
I am almost of the opinion that myCalibrator has the new strategy on it and I can go flash up to the latest but it would be nice for Livernois to put out some guidance.
I have not updated, but for the benefit of others - can you post more information here on the process?Shoutout to the makers of the OBDLink EX for having a well documented process for recovering from a firmware flash failure. Revived it and pulled my PCM info. 100% confirmation of tune overwrite.
Going to submit a device reset and tune request to Livernois.
When you run the latest forscan it will update the adapter. Only if it fails is recovery needed.I have not updated, but for the benefit of others - can you post more information here on the process?

Same here.since the last 2 updates this month, I can tell my tune is no longer there just by the lack of the pedal response HOWEVER my shifts are smooth as can be for the first time in YEARS and i wont bother retuning it.
