Hey Guys,

I used the points from my truck purchase to get a bed divider and some other stuff. It says it attaches to a Boxlink interface plate. Is that what I have on my truck? Please see the pic, thanks.

I ended up reading the description again. It says I need an interface kit which is a different shaped attachment. Can I swap what I have for those? Not sure what the ones on my truck are even for?

The picture in the first post is is more or less a generic tie down or attachment point. You can tie a rope to it or a ratchet strap etc. It may take a bed divider, but not sure. It doe not accept the Boxlink locking cleat / hook. The plate for those is different, and does take the cleat and bed divider. A set of 4 of the boxlink interface plates was in a box under the rear seat in my 2024 F150 Platinum. The dealer said the cleats / hooks are no longer provided, and you have to get them separately.

Ford changed that Boxlink plate/system. The older Boxlink attachments were plastic and getting broken off by cargo in the bed.

My understanding is that, unlike the older plate, the new plate will (also) accept standard eTrack accessories. There are MANY different tie down options with eTrack bits vs the plastic Ford bits. Ans if you happen to have a trailer with eTrack installed, you can use the attachments with either.

Older Boxlink plate:

Thanks for the info. I will order the plates.
