Not sure if an update broke my electronic locks

I just took a quick trip to town and I couldn't get in the vehicle using my keyfab or keypad. I could get in using the key from the keyfab and the truck starts and runs fine.

I do notice that I can't lock to doors from the inside. When I try to lock the doors with my Fordpass app, I hear a click and the app shows the process complete, but the doors don't lock.

I'm about to dig into the fuses. I noticed the keypad has no light to it so maybe it is just that.

I did notice the latest update was made overnight and I was wondering if anyone else had issues.

If it isn't a fuse, what is the best way to reset computer? Just disconnect the battery for a few minutes?

I'm going in!!!

Update: Okay this is weird...I went out to the truck and now the locks work fine. Very strange. It's good because I couldn't figure out which fuse goes to the keypad and was just going to start pulling them. So for now I am fine.

Yes happened to me too back in mid Sept. I disconnected battery and all was fine again.

Glad your's was an easy fix too. I think my had to do with an update. Shortly after getting in the car, the car screen advertised an update. Maybe I drove in the middle of it.
