24' RCSB - Power locks not working

Bought the truck new in December, went to unlock my doors this morning and the power actuators aren't working. The fob, door switch and the app won't lock or unlock the doors only the key in the door, is this a common issue?

Did you try both sets of keys?

It’s not common enough to have ever happened to me. 6 years of RCSB’s.

As stated in the post I tried fob, app and actual door switch, the lights flash like it's supposed to but no movement on the actual actuators
