No Sound on initial MoBridge 8.1.1 amp/dsp install

Any suggestions, installed this weekend and have no sound from any of the speakers. Power to amp is confirmed, firmware is updated, harness connections are good. Power and ground run to the battery under the hood. 21 Powerboost.

OKAY, solved the problem. Fraser Ryan with MoBridge advised to flip the #3 DIP switch up. That worked. It was a little frustrating that the amp came from the factory with the 3 DIP switches all down, and the manual/on-line instructions say for a Ford F150 all three need to be down. Also had issues with the K2 harness point wiring diagram that came with the unit, and is also posted on their website, is wrong. Fraser sent me the correct one.

Now that’s it’s working, I really like the features in such a compact unit, and it sounds good. Just wish the instructions were correct from the start!!

Off topic of your amp, but does that sub box allow you to lift the seat and have it lock in place on the passenger side?

Thanks! Thinking of getting the same one but saw mixed reports of it preventing the seat from locking up.

I followed the supplied installation instructions with the enclosure and had no issues with that seat locking in the folded position. ??

Just don't use the sub w/ the seat up. The seatback and sub are touching when folded up.
