I used to get the 'Bong' upcoming bridge warning when towing, but no more.

It doesn't appear to be an option in the menu. The only thing I can think of is it was part of my 'connected services' that recently expired???

Anyone else seen this?

Maybe it lost your trailer dimensions somehow?

Connected Navigation did have “smart towing” features. After the “free” trial ends you have to buy it for about $80/year. Here’s what Ford says about the towing part of it:

Smart Towing

Find the best routes for towing by automatically factoring in your trailer profile’s size and weight. Connected Navigation helps you avoid situations like narrow roads, tight turns, weight-limited or low bridges, and overpasses — to help you get where you’re going with whatever you’re pulling behind.
