Looks like this. See the bottom entry:

Huh. I don't have that option? Did you order the factory connected Nav?

These are my options: I can't find anywhere else to enter dimensions.

And I can't access anything on my Sync Nav without subscribing. Everything is greyed out and doesn't function. I just get a message to say the feature was disabled.

Wouldn't be so annoying expect I go under 10-15 underpasses when I bring the trailer to / from storage. And the truck loses it's mind ahead of every over pass.

Wow, I haven't used the trailer-centric nav system yet, so I don't have any firsthand solutions for you. If it is as bad as you say, it might be worth it to me to pay $20 for one month of subscription just to turn it off, and then cancel the subscription.

I have the factory connected nav as well.

I don’t know why you are missing the smart trailer nav menu. Could’ve been deleted when your connected services subscription ended. Maybe it was added by a later APIM update but I’ve had it for a long time so I doubt that’s it.

I am out of suggestions.

I turned trailer routing off every time I hooked up my trailer. I think it defaults to 'ON' when you enter the trailer dimensions for BLIS / Back Up Pro Assist.

The truck never remembers the dimension for my saved trailer either....
I have to re-enter them Every. Single. Time. What the hell with that too?

You'd have to renew every time you tow to gain access to disable trailer routing, or you could disable BLIS. I don't want to do that as I find BLIS while towing pretty handy for lane changes.

If you don't drive under many overpasses, maybe it wouldn't be that unbearable for you. But having my music or whatever cut out every 5 mins and hearing that chime is annoying.

This sounds, not only related, but maybe is the root cause? Mine doesn’t do that. Perhaps the missing memory is the problem to solve first, and it might resolve the other issue. I would bet that more people would notice that issue than the trailer nav feature, so it’s more likely to have a solution posted online somewhere if it’s happening to other people.

Hmm could be? Def worth investigating. I think the issue of dimensions not being remembered was mentioned on here somewhere before.... ?

Maybe as more peoples trails run out and if they tow, maybe this issue will pop up more.
Or, maybe most people don't care if they get a warning chime when they approach an over pass, haha

Any updates here? Have a new 2023 and have the exact issue. Expired trial and height restrictions every 30 secs.
