New OTA Update 4.2.3

got it late this afternoon
and i already had this feature function, its was also in sync 3 in my 2016 expedition.
i could see brookshires grocery wifi and connect the trucks sync
so what am i missing? i have also done it at the va hospital in the parking lot.

Got the update and now for some reason im getting an odd interference noise every single drive with my wireless car play. Sounds almost like an eclectic shock noise. Hard to describe. It does it almost every time I put it in reverse as well. one time it did it for like 5 seconds straight then the infotainment system completely rebooted. Anyone else get this? Was fine before the update.

Got the trigger for 4.2.3 about 25 minutes ago sent to my truck. I got 4.2.2 four days ago. I'm hoping this helps with my phone connectivity and streaming issues.

I keep waiting for an update to remove the "Full view not available" black bar in the middle of my rear camera. I dont have the 360 camera but to like to be able to check if my tailgate is down without leaving the truck and see my load on my trailer.

If it was public Wi-Fi with an agreement/terms and conditions page you needed to go through you couldn't connect the truck. Now it will allow you to see a browser window to join those types of public Wi-Fi.

This installed for me today at a quick stop at Costco before I headed to fill tank. No parking lot donuts, lights were left in auto, and I was under ¼ tank.

4.2.3 installed on my way home from work today, seems to becoming a habit for my truck. Guess the service is better on post as opposed to the sticks where I live although I never have any cell issues at home.

Actually, 4.2.3 seems to somehow have improved the connectivity issues I've had with Android Auto since I got 4.2.1. The sample size is still very small as my commute is very short, but it worked very well driving to work this morning.

That would be me… if I ever got off 473! Every time I curse at ford, do they get an in-depth review of the vehicle data, camera images, and my voice yelling , ‘f$@@&ing Ford’ lol
