Weird. Your OTA page says you have not had an OTA sent to you in the past 60 days, but your OTA status says 3.5.3 is downloading. I can't remember seeing that before. The other strange thing is when I check your DTC's to see if your truck has reported low battery voltage, it says your truck has not recorded a single DTC in the past 60 days. Every truck I've checked has DTC's recorded.
Weird. I was in the early access program for bluecruise so maybe I am on a different schedule. hopefully it isn't keeping me from getting this update now. Maybe it is actually downloading now...? I just did the reset and send feedback for the first time the other day, and my ford.com info is obviously changed, but IDK if that changed for everyone. Is there anything I can try resetting in Forscan or natively on the truck to force anything?

Would the no DTCs just mean there is nothing wrong at all with my truck? What are some common DTCs that I/you should be seeing?

Seems like PTS was not working right at the moment I checked your truck. It now shows that 3.5.3 has been sitting in your queue since 1/10 and it's done nothing but sit there since then. It downloaded many of the files it needs that same day, but nothing since then. It has not even tried to download anything since 1/24.

And you are showing some DTC's now, too. Nothing to be concerned about, though.

Edit: The only DTC I see that has to do with voltage is a PCM code U3523 that reads "High Voltage System Interlock Circuit 'F' Low". Your truck reported it the first time (as far as I can see) on 1/12 and has reported it every day since then. No low battery codes in the past 60 days.

Can't you go into the settings and change it back to miles?

I went into settings and changed mine to miles and then back to kilometres. That seemed to fix it. Not sure about waypoints.

FYI
Went out for a drive at noon parked in my driveway after. Went out on an errand and 3.5.4 popped up for download. Stopped at the store and hit the icon in less than 5 minutes it said complete. I got 2 OTA’s in 2 days. Both successful, Very cool.

just did this about ten minutes ago.
update icon is gone, and if you press check on updates it goes to the screen i have above that is blank except the words update details and nothing more
i am thinking my unreal engine updates i did with forscan might be confusing HAL and he is trying to find a failure in the antennae ?

Hal is known to not play nice Mine didn’t show right away I had to go to software update in sync. Ford pass seems to always show the info.

My ford pass Never Ever shows updates. Even after I get one. You'd think there woukd be 90 day data. Also now my sync wont report what update I'm on. It just says your up to date. No version. I did all mine last night with fdrs.

I updated to 22228 in mid October with FDRS and enabled unreal engine at the same time. 3.5.3 came through on 1/25 and installed without issue I'm now at 22293. I don't see that unreal engine should stop your truck from a successful OTA with 3.5.3.2 . I wish your truck good luck!

i was just on ford owner site and it stated all was up to date...then i saw as of 7 32 am 9 feb??
so its lagging and ford pass is or has become very very slow to update the truck , this started about 3 hrs ago taking minutes to update the app vice about 20 seconds
i will let HAL see the wifi all night and check in the am.
i thought it was odd to see updates are ready and then no balloon or pony.
i will log forscan in as well and see if i can get the heritage splash screen to load, if it does then i know i am golden. that is the only thing i cannot get to work
i did the glare free a few weeks back and its really nice driving our dark 2 lane hwys at 2 30 am
