Just got a new 2000.00 customer cash offer in the mail from Ford. Last year this time it was 4000. I might be tempted except for the lack of good financing rates. Last year it was 1.9 vs 4.9 now. Ram has 1.9 now so maybe Ford steps up to compete.

Just out of curiosity, how do you hand this with the salespeople. I would think you wouldn't want to tell them until both have agreed on a price, otherwise they might pickaway at that cash, if you know what I mean.

They will know since you are in their system... I just made them apply it on top of the discount and rebates they had advertised. They didn't fight it since it was paid by Ford.

Could you have done a little better if you did the sale under the employee discount program they have for the month of April. I’m closing on my Diehl on Tuesday and that’s knocking about an extra $3500 off the price of my truck.

No, when I was done, I bought my 46k sticker truck for 32. I thought that was as much as I could squeeze out of them, lol.

How do you know the interest rate Ford offers? Is that listed somewhere to check?

Some dealers will list it in the ad so they can show monthly payments. Ford will definitely have it on their website although it varies by district sometimes.

I don't think they have any good rates right now. Ram, on the other hand has crazy discounts and 1.9 here in the ATL area.

Crazy the amount of rams running around my area lately ! There rebates/financing / lease money factors are killing ford at the moment !
