I have about 2,000 miles on my 2024 platinum and noticed that I can't turn my volume past 14 and also the speed compensated volume setting can't be changed either. Under vehicle setting there is no option for Mykey and I bought the truck new and have both keys. Has anyone seen this issue or can it be reset with FDRS anyway as I have a subscription for a few more days.

You'll probably need to verify with the dealer if MyKey is present for your truck's VIN. Ford has been removing this along with many other features from various trim models as a cost cutting measures. To my knowledge there's no way to enable it with FDRS or Forscan if it's not present in the Sync or cluster menus.

It has to have it because when I turn my volume up, it stops at level 14 and a message pops up saying MYKEY active, which I never set any keys to be MYKEY's.

Try looking for it in the cluster options settings, Ford may have moved it.

There's no option in the cluster either

Did some searching and this is what I found on it.

The ability to clear or change MyKey settings is only available if you start the vehicle using an admin key (not a programmed MyKey)

Double-check that you are using the admin key. Try the other fob by inserting it into the backup slot in the cupholder under the rubber cover to ensure it is properly detected when starting the truck. Cycle through the SYNC and cluster settings again. If both keys are showing as MyKey, you will not see the deactivation options. Ford requires at least one admin key to be present to clear the settings and if neither of your keys are not recognized as admin, then you may need to take it to the dealership so they can reprogram or supply you with an admin key. I'm sure there's a way to do it with FRDS and maybe Forscan but I don't know the process for that.

Just an update I did a battery disconnect/reset and the mykey volume limit to level 14 is no longer there and I can control the speed compensated volume now. Just some kind of software glitch it appears.
