I'm in the process of building a behind seat box for 2 10s (JL 10TW3) that will be done in CAD and I'm getting a CNC router to route it out. Tight tolerances to make them fit. Considering selling the box as a flat pack / self assemble. Not happy with the very limited offerings on the market.

No interest in taking up my seat-up floor space as I love my mobile junk closet.

Yes, do the BO upgrade. It isn’t a hi-fi system, and the B&O in my wife’s 2017 Q5 sounds WAY better, but it is a good upgrade from the base system.

I would get the B&O. I have it in my Lariat, and a guy I work with has the XLT with the base system and wishes he would have gotten it after hearing mine. I'm very happy with it.

Ok! The opinions here have me convinced. $610 over 5 years is like.... 9 bucks a month. Sounds like (pun intended) it's worth it.

I still have my trusty Image Dynamics 10" id3 sub on the shelf that would be fun to build a custom new enclosure for... someday (probably never lol).

I have the B&O and one of my first mods was to replace the sub and amp. Sounds much better now.
