My new 2024 Iconic Silver 5.0L w/ Pro Access Tailgate (PAT)

I finally found the truck I wanted after searching for almost a month. My local dealer let me take home a similar lariat without the BAP and with the 3.5 eco-boost. I thought the motor was powerful and torquey enough, but I wanted a 5.0 L V8. We searched throughout the entire northwest and couldn’t find one. My only other requirement was the BAP. I went home and searched myself and found this vehicle near Boise. I contacted an affiliate dealership approximately 100 miles away. They were able to get this vehicle for me. I didn’t hesitate. It didn’t have everything I wanted, but it did not have a moonroof which I absolutely did not want. It comes equipped with a tow package, 3.73 gears and the bed utility package with the pro access tailgate. My wife really wanted the integrated office package or whatever it’s called but, oh well. So far, I’ve added the husky rear wheel liners, husky, mud-flaps, and tinted all the windows. I tinted the windshield and both rear passenger windows and the rear window with 70% heat reducing X-pel and I put 35% on the front passenger windows. I hope to get a bedliner sprayed in next week and have a Peragon tonneau cover on order.I’m sure that won’t be the end.

Good on you for going 5.0L, too! Mine has the 5.0L with the 3.73, and she's plenty punchy for me. I put on an AFE CAI to make it growl more, too.

The Husky well liners are a nice addition, too. I put those on a few weeks ago and am surprised at how such a "hidden mod" makes the vehicle look better, imo.

Which mud flaps did you go with?
