I have been noticing more and more frequently that after my truck experiences weather changes (temperature wise) - say from being in the garage to going outside, or after washing the truck. I am getting collection of moisture/fog inside both headlight assemblies.
They have no damage nor have they ever been replaced. I feel as though this should not be happening on this new of a truck and it drives me crazy to look at as it last for weeks.

Anyone experience this or bring this issue up to their dealer??
Thanks!

I have a 23' 302A XLT powerboost. We've been experiencing wild temperature swings and unusually abundant precipitation. I have not noticed any condensation in the headlight. Does the condensation go away after you turn your headlights on for a minute?

Last spring after I had washed my truck the same thing happened to one of my headlights. In a panic I came on here and posted the same question as you thinking I had a bad seal. I was quickly reassured by other members that it's completely normal unless large water droplets start forming.

That looks normal to me. FWIW, I had condensation is one of my taillights. The dealer was happy to install a new one for me.

Don’t waste your time going to Ford service
I’ve never had another vehicle of any kind do this and they should not
Still it’s normal for modern F150’s

Mine does the same thing. So far I am just monitoring as the condensation is not that much and usually goes away pretty quick after I turn off the truck.

Good morning. Would you please send over a private message with your VIN and dealer info so I can look into this headlight concern on my end?

Have you checked the factory seal around the light?
