If I bought an aftermarket MorimotoX3B LED Third Brake Light with Camera for the 2023 F150 Lariat with 502A group is there anyway to get the camera to work like it was factory? Or is there another way to do this.....

CHMSL = center high-mounted stop light (the light assembly over the rear window that you are playing with)

Note that not all trucks without the OE bed cam have the required harness to add one somewhat easily. Read the entire linked thread for more info.

If your truck wasn’t equipped with it there’s a thread on the forums about the parts needed. Otherwise you can return it for the non-camera version of that exact brake light.
