I have the factory-installed entry keypad on my 2022. It’s starting to come loose at the top. Looking for advice on how to secure it. Truck has the factory warranty. Should I have the dealer fix it?

Dealer wouldn't fix it for me under warranty. 3m tape held it for about a year and I finally replaced it this year. Beware that replacing it is more work than it should be, weatherstrip and trim removal because they didn't make the hole the wire runs through big enough to pass the connector through without removing the trim piece.

That is factory installed on the door pillar. That is covered under a factory warranty.

I had the same issue on my 22 F-150 within the first month of having it and they replaced it under the factory warranty.

If still in 3/36 warranty I might let the dealer mess with it.

But, disliking dealers messing with my truck, and given what your pics show, I'd just as likely wipe the door panel with alcohol to clean, put a thin film of clear RTV silicon on that gasket all around, press it back in place, wipe-off any squeeze-out, let it cure and call it done.

IME that will hold very tight and can be removed if ever needed by cutting with dental floss or thin monofilament.

Just for your consideration.
