The 10 ply tires on my truck cannot overcome the inherent design flaw with the offending part that causes flat tires.There is a trade off in life to everything. I live in a growing suburban community. New home starts are not just common, they are the standard. Homebuilders love to leave nails on roads. I personally decided that flat tires were not for me. Thus, I bit the bullet on fuel economy and went 10 Ply. I've pulled many nails out, fence staples, even a piece of razor over the years. Since I started with a 10 Ply tire I have never had a flat.

And I can’t believe you guys are posting pics of wonderful grandkids at a time like this. Our trucks (with the exception of King Ranch models) are equipped with a part that causes flat tires!!!
