Issues with OEDRO product

I bought their running boards because I loved the way they looked and the powder coated finish. Not even 6 months in the powder coat has started to come off in multiple places on both running boards. Not the same place on each board but different locations. The powder coat just did not seem to adhere to the metal very well. No biggie I thought as they have a 1 year warranty. Got in touch with the first rep who could not locate my order by the order number. Sent her picture of receipt and boards. Next person, literally called right back, found the order right away and said I would be contacted within 24 hours. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I havent been able to reach them by phone or email since.

I then looked up many reviews to find the same thing. When there is an issue they are non existent to help. I recommend buyer beware and dont get something that others will see.
