I’ve had the brake squeak on this truck usually just in the morning since pretty much brand new 2 years ago. Today however I heard this much louder sound this morning and I’m hoping it’s not too serious. It didn’t happen in the afternoon on my way home, just in the morning on my way to work after sitting overnight.

Parking brake turned off?
Yea it was off, atleast I hit the button and the light went out. My driveway has a slight incline so I set it every night and have a really good habit of always releasing it when I get back in

Usually a brake squeak is caused by dirt in and around the brake pads. If the noise goes away once the truck speeds up, then you have a caliper piston that is not retracting fully allowing the brake pad to remain in contact with the rotor. Once your speed picks up, the rotor forces the pad away and the noise stops. You can try removing the wheel where you think the noise is and simply flushing the caliper with a strong jet of water. Alternately , you can remove both wheels and calipers, buy some caliper grease and service the pins. This also gives you the opportunity to inspect the pads and rotors for wear. Good luck, brake noise is sometimes difficult to pin down and eliminate .

Good morning. I would like to take a closer look at your noise concerns. To get started, can you please send over a message with your VIN and the name/location of your local Ford dealer?

If you have Max Tow option, you may also wish to remove one/both rear wheels. Look for axle bolt sheared off, although I hear no low-speed clunk (sheared bolt bouncing around) in your video.
I've had both axles go on mine. Brakes sounded similar to yours up to moderate speed.

I'd thought I was going to have to do what @My 2ND Ford suggests. Happened to get tires rotated with oil change and fond the bolt.
Axle replacement corrected the squeal that sounded like a stuck caliper, so brake noise was from the rear.

I'll be glad to hear what it turns out to be.
