I do this to avoid loss of the use of my truck. I have had a notice when starting up the truck at an intermediate stop and stating that my truck could not be driven during the 45 minute update. Crazy.

I set mine to update at 2am. I don't plan to ever need to start mine at that time unless there is an emergency of some kind.
