If they just fixed your truck, you will have to wait until an OTA campaign gets pushed out from Ford to you. You can't do anything to actually initiate the OTA being sent to you. Just make sure you have your automatic updates turned on and a time set for them to check for and download updates. Make sure you check your truck once a week to make sure the schedule settings didn't revert back to factory, as this has been known to happen a lot, too.

List of updates and when they were released are below:

Thanks for the info, I was aware of the reverting back issue as that did happen to me early on and check it often now to make sure. Did not know that one has to wait for Ford to push the OTA to you. Kind of defeats the option to manually check for updates, but whatever. I do have auto updates enabled and will just try to be a little more patient.

Thanks again (y)

Yes, you can manually check for updates, and if there is an active campaign being pushed out to your VIN at the time that you check, it will find the update when you check it as opposed to waiting for the auto-update option to check for the update.

The OTA campaigns also expire if they don't get installed within a certain amount of time. If that happens, you have to wait until the OTA gets pushed to your VIN again. There does not seem to be a systematic way in which OTA's are sent out or how long the OTA campaign lasts before it expires. Not as far as I can tell from trying to get my own OTA's to work and helping others with theirs on the forums.

All I can say to all you job 1 truck owners that can't get the updates going: If you have 21G01 FSA/recall on your truck for BlueCruise programming at the dealer, that FSA expires on September 30th, which means Ford will no longer be paying dealers for their time to get the modules programmed. I recommend you guys start finding a dealer that knows what they're doing and get this fixed before then. I just made an appt today for 8/22 at a different dealer than the one I initially took it to that lied to my face when they told me they did the updates even while I'm sending him pictures from PTS showing they hadn't touched my truck. Mine has been stuck on 2.7.3 since June 21st, so my patience has worn thin. lol
